Perkins clinic is located at Room 1006-1007 One Grand Tower, 639 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon which was established in 2006.   We would like to find a partner to take care physiotherapy session.  We have two proposals.  If any member is interested in starting private practice, please feel free to contact Ms. Wendy Hui at 2804-6612 or 9422-9816 for discussion.

 Existing facilities in our clinic:

• nurses to take care of general registration and collection of payment and issue receipt.
• settle all management fee, cleaning fee, electricity fee and rate of premises
• provide telephone and fax line
• common area for patients
• room with space of 150 sq feet
• water and basin
• sofa and desk and chairs
• cabinet for placing physiotherapy products
• 4 cubicles with curtains as partition

  　

• Equip the space with necessary equipments and fitting in order to provide physiotherapy treatment.
• Patients referred by our doctors: The proportion of business generated from physiotherapy treatment and sales of products will be shared as 60% partner and 40% centre.
• Patients referred by other doctors: The proportion of business generated from physiotherapy treatment and sales of products will be shared as 80% partner and 20% centre. $5000 rental per month to be paid to centre.
